1. Acceptance

By using TempBox (tempbox.me), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

TempBox provides temporary, disposable email addresses. Inboxes and their contents are automatically and permanently deleted after the selected expiry period (1 hour, 6 hours, or 24 hours). TempBox is a free service supported by advertising.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TempBox to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email (note: TempBox is receive-only and cannot send emails)
• Receive, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any illegal content
• Circumvent two-factor authentication or security systems in a way that constitutes fraud
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to access other users' inboxes without their knowledge
• Conduct automated abuse that disrupts the service for other users

TempBox is intended for legitimate privacy protection: avoiding spam, testing applications, protecting your real email address from data brokers.

4. No Warranty

TempBox is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, that emails will be delivered, or that emails will not be lost before the expiry period. Do not use TempBox for anything important that you cannot afford to lose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TempBox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $0 (the price you paid for the service).

6. Automatic Deletion

All inbox contents are automatically deleted when the expiry period elapses. We are under no obligation to notify you before deletion occurs and cannot recover deleted emails. Do not rely on TempBox for permanent storage of any information.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TempBox constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the service operator is located.
